Kakobuy Warehouse Checks, Returns and Exchange Decisions
Warehouse arrival is a decision point. Compare the piece received with your selected order, then resolve important differences while the service’s current options are still available.
Match the order and selected option, collect a specific photo or measurement for any discrepancy, and ask the handling service about eligibility, deadlines, charges and approval before accepting a return or exchange.
What you will learn
- Storage time and return eligibility are separate questions.
- A return request is not the same as an approved refund.
- Keep the order reference, selected option and relevant replies together.
Choose the next action from the evidence
Start with the selected item, colour, size and quantity. The table below is a decision aid, not a promise that a particular return will be accepted.
| What you see | Evidence to keep | Ask the service |
|---|---|---|
| Wrong size or colour label | Selected option and received label photos | Can the received option be checked against the purchase record? |
| Photo is blurred or a detail is hidden | Order reference and the unclear view | Can you provide this specific view or measurement? |
| One piece of a set is missing | Listing option, included-pieces record and received contents | Was the missing piece bought and received separately? |
| Visible damage or incorrect item | Clear photos and the selected listing | What return or exchange options apply to this order? |
| Measurements differ from the chart | Matching measurement method and visible tape endpoints | What tolerance and current resolution process apply? |
| You changed your preference | The purchased option and current order stage | Is a preference return allowed, and what would it cost? |
Ask about each deadline separately
A storage allowance does not establish the period for requesting a seller return. Purchase date, receipt date, inspection and parcel submission can be different checkpoints. Ask which event starts the deadline that applies to your issue.
Confirm the current policy in the service handling the order and save its reply. This guide deliberately does not substitute one fixed storage or return period for every item and service.
Send a short, traceable issue report
State the private order reference, the selected option, the discrepancy and the specific resolution you want considered. Attach the relevant evidence through the service’s normal support channel.
For example: “The selected option was size L, but the received label in the attached photo shows M. Please check the purchase record and confirm the available exchange options and charges.” Keep personal information out of public posts.
Confirm approval, costs and where any refund goes
Ask who must approve the request, whether domestic return delivery or other handling costs apply, and whether the replacement must be ordered separately. A request status alone is not confirmation that money has been refunded.
If a refund is approved, check the actual credit record and destination in the service’s account or payment history. Keep the support reply and transaction reference privately; this guide cannot inspect your account.
Resolve important questions before parcel submission
Confirm what changes after repacking or international dispatch. Removing packaging or combining items can change the evidence available and the service’s handling options.
If a detail could change your decision, get the needed answer before approving that stage. Record the final contents, quantities and packed measurements for the parcel you intend to send.
