Getting started

Understand the directory and choose a useful first step.

Read the buying walkthrough
What is a Kakobuy spreadsheet?

It is a product-discovery list, often with categories, images, reference prices and product links. This site organizes selected catalog records and buying checks; it does not place an order or reserve stock.

Is this the official Kakobuy website?

No. This is an independent discovery guide and is not operated or endorsed by Kakobuy. Use the service handling your purchase for account, payment, warehouse and parcel support.

Do I need to register to browse the spreadsheet?

No registration is needed to browse this guide’s selected records and articles. An external catalog or buying service can have its own account requirements when you continue there.

Where should a first-time buyer start?

Choose one item type, compare a small shortlist and open the exact listing. Confirm the source route, selected option, measurements and complete costs before following your chosen service’s purchase process.

What is the difference between Guides and Blog?

Guides explain a repeatable workflow, such as sizing or parcel packing. Blog articles work through a narrower comparison or example. Use this FAQ for a short answer and the related guide for the full decision.

How does this guide make money?

Product and category links have a promotional relationship with the external catalog and include referral campaign parameters. The disclosure page explains the relationship. A referral link does not establish product quality or compatibility with every buying agent.

8 QUESTIONS

Search, filters & sorting

Know which records you are searching and why a result appears.

Compare spreadsheet and search
Does filtering cover only the products on the current page?

Collection filters cover the complete selected collection across its pages. Filtered results are then paginated. The homepage is an exception: its compact filter applies only to the seasonal preview rows.

Why do I get no matching finds?

Check the category, product-name term, brand and full price range. A high-priced option can exclude a listing from your budget even if its cheapest option looks affordable. Reset one condition at a time or use a broader search.

Can I combine a name, brand and price range?

Yes. The product must match all active conditions. Text filtering is case-insensitive and ignores leading and trailing spaces. A brand selection is a local filter, not a separate brand landing page.

What do the price sorting options compare?

Price sorting compares the lower end of each recorded range. Products without a usable price stay after known prices. A sort changes order; a budget range decides which records qualify.

Do quick budget buttons replace my other filters?

They set the minimum and maximum price fields while keeping the active name, brand and sort settings. Use Reset to clear the combination and return to the original collection view.

Can I return to the same filter settings later?

Applied name, brand, price and sort conditions are reflected in the page URL and restored when that URL opens. They describe your browsing filters, not a stock reservation or a saved checkout price.

What should I do if the complete collection cannot load?

Use the visible retry message and try the filter again. Existing displayed results should remain available. If the problem persists, reset the filters or browse the static collection pages rather than assuming the catalog is empty.

7 QUESTIONS

Prices & complete costs

Separate recorded item estimates from what you will actually pay.

Build a complete budget
Does the displayed item price include shipping?

No. The reference estimate is for the recorded item range. Confirm the current selected-option price, domestic delivery, buying-service or payment charges, international delivery and other quoted costs separately.

Are USD prices live exchange-rate quotes?

No. Our reference estimates use ¥7.2 = $1. The buying service’s current rate, selected option and payment charges can lead to a different payable amount. Prices remain in USD when you change the site language; the language selector does not convert currencies.

Why does a $12–$28 listing disappear with a $20 maximum?

The complete recorded range must fit the active budget. The $28 upper option exceeds the maximum, so the listing is excluded. Check the exact live option instead of assuming the cheapest figure covers the item you want.

Are “Under $20” and “Up to $20” identical?

No. The dedicated under-$20 page requires the upper recorded price to be below $20. The inclusive Up to $20 filter accepts an upper price of exactly $20. Both describe item estimates, not delivered totals.

Why are products without prices excluded from a budget?

An unknown price cannot establish that the full range fits your minimum or maximum. You can browse without an active budget and confirm the amount on the live selected-option listing.

Where should I verify a coupon or discount?

Check its current eligibility, expiry, qualifying payment and combination rules in the service offering it. This guide does not promise that an unverified coupon works or subtract a promotional package’s headline value from your total.

How do I compare two apparently cheap finds?

Match the product type, selected option, quantity and included pieces first. Then compare the same quoted cost components in one currency, without counting an included charge twice. Keep missing costs marked unknown.

6 QUESTIONS

Sizing & selected options

Compare the exact chart and identify what a measurement means.

Use the sizing checklist
Can I order my usual S, M or L?

Use the label only as a starting point. Compare the exact seller chart with a similar garment you already wear, using the same units and measurement method. Different cuts and sellers can use different dimensions.

Is flat chest width the same as a body chest measurement?

No. A flat width measures across a garment; a body measurement is taken around the body. Check the chart’s diagram before comparing them. Doubling a flat width is arithmetic, not a body-size recommendation.

Should I use foot length or insole length for shoes?

Use whichever method the exact seller chart specifies. Those measurements are not interchangeable. Confirm the intended option and ask how an available warehouse measurement would be taken.

Should I always size up for a winter jacket or boots?

No universal size-up rule applies. Compare a jacket that already fits over your intended layers, or the selected boot’s own chart with your intended socks and use. Clarify the chart before ordering.

What if there is no size chart?

Ask for the relevant dimensions and measurement method before payment. If they cannot be confirmed, keep that uncertainty visible rather than borrowing a chart from a similar-looking product.

Can a matching set have different top and bottom sizes?

Check the exact listing. Some sets use one combined option and others have separate choices. Confirm both pieces, their charts and what the selected price includes; the promotional photo alone does not settle it.

6 QUESTIONS

Photos & warehouse QC

Use the right image for the question you want answered.

Follow the QC sequence
Are the product thumbnails warehouse QC photos?

No. The product thumbnails here are seller images. They help identify a listing but do not show that your selected order has arrived at a warehouse.

What does a recorded public QC count mean?

It is catalog metadata indicating that a public count was recorded. It does not mean this guide hosts those photos or has inspected the product. Check the context of any available images on the live service.

Which QC photos should I use to approve my order?

Match your own order reference, selected option and received item. Another buyer’s photos may show a different size, colour or production run. Request a relevant fresh view when an important detail remains unclear.

How should I ask for extra QC photos?

Name the specific area, angle or measurement you need and explain the visible question. For example, ask for both heel views at matching angles. Confirm whether the service offers the request and any extra charge.

Can QC photos prove authenticity or warmth?

No. Photos can document visible details and requested measurements. They cannot reliably certify authenticity, material composition, insulation performance or long-term durability. Verify important specifications separately.

Is an AI try-on image a sizing test?

No. A generated image is an outfit illustration, not evidence of physical fit or the item received for your order. Use the seller’s chart, reference measurements and relevant order photos for those decisions.

5 QUESTIONS

Warehouse decisions & returns

Prepare evidence and confirm the rules for the actual order.

Use the warehouse decision table
What if the warehouse receives the wrong size or colour?

Keep the selected option and clear label photos, then ask the handling service to check the received item against its purchase record. Confirm the available resolution and any charges before approving the next stage.

Does storage time equal the return window?

No. Storage allowance, seller return eligibility and exchange terms are separate. Ask which event starts the deadline relevant to your order and keep the service’s current reply.

Is a return request automatically approved?

No. Confirm who must approve it, what evidence is needed, applicable domestic delivery or handling costs and the next action. A submitted request does not itself establish a refund.

How can I check whether a refund was completed?

Use the actual credit or payment history in the service handling your purchase and compare it with the support reply. Keep any transaction reference private. This guide cannot inspect your balance or account.

What should I resolve before international shipping?

Confirm the exact contents, important measurements, selected options and any visible issue that would change your decision. Ask what handling options change after repacking or dispatch and keep the final parcel record.

7 QUESTIONS

Shipping, packing & tracking

Compare the actual parcel and use the correct stage reference.

Plan the parcel and quote
How much will my parcel cost to ship?

Obtain a current quote for its exact destination, accepted goods, packed weight, outer dimensions and included services. This guide’s calculator uses your supplied terms rather than fetching a live tariff.

Why can billing weight exceed scale weight?

Some routes use a dimensional calculation and compare it with scale weight, then apply their own increments or other rules. Use the selected route’s actual method; there is no universal divisor for every service.

Will removing shoe boxes always save money?

No. Confirm the protection retained, revised packed dimensions and current quote first. A packing change can also affect handling conditions or the evidence available for a later issue.

Is one combined parcel always cheaper?

No. Compare actual combined and separate packing proposals with the same destination, contents and included services. Minimum charges, dimensional weight and rounding can affect the result.

How long will delivery take to my country?

Use the current estimate for the route and parcel you are actually booking, and check which stage that estimate measures. A country name or another buyer’s delivery experience does not establish a fixed transit promise.

Why does my order number not work on the carrier website?

A purchase order, seller-to-warehouse delivery and international parcel can use different references. Identify the stage and use the carrier and tracking number supplied for that shipment.

Are import charges included in my shipping quote?

Check the actual quote and service terms for what is explicitly included. For current country requirements or an official charge notice, use the relevant authority or carrier’s guidance. Do not infer inclusion from a route nickname.

5 QUESTIONS

Winter finds

Compare jackets, boots and accessories beyond the seasonal photo.

Read the winter buying guide
Are the winter finds best sellers?

No sales ranking is available in the catalog records. The winter collection is an editorial selection based on product titles and validated types, with categories interleaved for variety.

Does a puffer or down title guarantee warmth?

No. Confirm the seller’s actual fill composition and any documented specification relevant to your use. A title or product photo does not establish fill weight or a temperature rating.

Are all snow-boot styles waterproof or suitable for ice?

Do not assume so from the styling or photography. Check the exact material and performance information for your intended use. This catalog selection is not a weather-protection certification.

Are a scarf and beanie always sold together?

No. Some photos show sets while the active option sells one piece. Confirm the included quantity, dimensions, selected colour and material information on the exact listing.

How should I budget for bulky winter items?

Shortlist the needed pieces first, then compare the actual packed weight, dimensions and current route quote. A light coat can still occupy substantial volume. Use the packing example as arithmetic, not a live tariff.

Need the complete workflow?

Follow the buying walkthrough, then use a sizing or parcel example for the detail that needs a closer comparison.
