Kakobuy QC Guide: What to Check in Warehouse Photos
Use warehouse photos to compare the piece received with the order you placed. Start with identity and measurements, then inspect the details that matter for that product.
Match your order reference and selected option first. Review the available views, request the measurement or close-up that answers a specific question, and resolve important discrepancies before parcel submission.
What you will learn
- Seller images, public QC and your order photos are different evidence.
- A specific request is more useful than a general quality opinion.
- Confirm any inspection fee and current resolution terms.
Separate seller images from your order’s QC
Seller photographs describe a listing. A public QC photo may show a different order, size or production run. Your own warehouse photographs are the evidence to use when approving the piece being prepared for you.
Our product pages show seller product images. A recorded public QC count is metadata from the catalog; it does not mean this guide hosts those photos or has inspected the product.
- Match the order reference, selected colour and size before checking construction.
- Ask the agent which inspection services are included and which require an extra request.
Check clothing with measurements you can compare
Compare the size label with your selected option, then check any requested chest, length, waist or inseam measurement. A label alone cannot establish fit. Use a garment you own as a reference and measure it in the same way.
- Review print placement, embroidery edges, visible seams and fastenings.
- Ask for a close-up if a fold, shadow or plastic wrapping hides an important area.
- For sets, confirm that both pieces and their individual size labels are present.
Use a different checklist for shoes and bags
For footwear, compare the pair, size labels, chosen colour, visible sole attachment and any damage. Camera angle can change how shape looks, so request matching views when comparing left and right.
For bags, inspect strap attachments, closures and visible seams. If capacity matters, request dimensions of the relevant compartment rather than judging scale from a photograph.
Ask a specific question before approving delivery
A useful request names the area, view or measurement you need: for example, a flat chest-width measurement or a close-up of a zip closure. Save the reply alongside the order reference.
If you receive the wrong item, size or a visible defect, contact the service handling the order while its current return options are still available. Confirm the cost and deadline before requesting an exchange.
Know what a photo cannot establish
Photographs cannot verify authenticity, exact material composition, insulation performance or long-term durability. A clean-looking image is not a quality certification. Check important specifications with the seller and the agent before committing to delivery.
Turn a concern into a clear request
Instead of “the shoes look wrong”, identify the missing comparison: “Please show both shoes from the heel at the same angle, with the size labels readable.” If you are checking fit, ask for the measurement method as well as a number.
| Question | Ask for | What it still cannot establish |
|---|---|---|
| Is this the option I selected? | Order reference, colour and readable labels | Comfort or long-term performance |
| Does the hoodie match its chart? | A flat measurement following the seller diagram | How it will feel on your body |
| Is the closure damaged? | A clear close-up of that closure | Long-term durability |
