Kakobuy Order Notes: Size, Colour and Photo Request Templates
Write a note that can be checked against an option or a photograph. Specific instructions are easier to resolve than a general request for “the best version”.
Identify the exact listing and selected option, state size, colour and quantity, then separate purchase instructions from later warehouse photo requests. Ask the service to confirm feasibility and any extra charge.

Make the selected option unambiguous
The active size and colour selections come first. Use the listing’s own labels and, if needed, add a brief explanation. If a set contains two pieces, confirm whether each piece has a separate size.
Avoid contradictory instructions such as selecting M and writing “send L” without explaining the mismatch. Resolve that before payment instead of relying on a free-text note to change the order.

Ask for a measurement with visible start and end points
Name the garment, measurement and method. A flat chest width is different from a body circumference, and an elastic waist can be measured relaxed or stretched. Refer to the seller’s diagram when one is available.
Confirm that the service can provide the requested measurement and what it costs. A photograph with the tape’s endpoints visible is easier to compare than a reply containing only a number.
Jacket measurement request
For order [private order reference], please fasten the jacket and lay it flat without stretching. Following the seller diagram, measure armpit to armpit and show both tape endpoints. Please confirm any extra charge first.

Specify the missing view rather than asking for more photos
A useful request identifies what is hidden: both heel views at matching angles, a close-up of a zip closure, or the size labels for both pieces of a set. Explain the visible question you need answered.
Ask for a fresh view of your order when evidence is unclear. Another buyer’s public photo can help you phrase a request, but it does not show the item received for you.

Keep packaging requests separate from purchase details
Ask about removing a shoe box, folding a garment or reducing packaging only after you understand the actual item and service conditions. State what protection you want retained and request revised packed dimensions.
Keep the service’s reply with the order or parcel reference. A request in a note does not establish that a seller has accepted an exchange or that a packing change is suitable.
