A Kakobuy Spreadsheet Shortlist Template You Can Reuse
A saved thumbnail is easy to collect and difficult to act on later. A small shortlist with exact references and open questions is more useful when you return to compare or order.
Use one row per selected option. Save the exact product and source references, size, colour, price context, check date and next action. Keep unknown costs and measurements marked as unknown.
What you will learn
- One row represents one selected option.
- Separate item research from private order records.
- Update the check date when the live offer changes.
Keep only fields that support a decision
Start with a personal note or spreadsheet you control. This website is a browsable directory; it does not provide an official downloadable agent spreadsheet or save a private account wishlist.
The table below is a field template. It contains no real purchase, warehouse inspection or shipping quote. Add a second row when you compare a different size, colour or included set.
| Field | What to save | Why it helps |
|---|---|---|
| Product reference | Exact catalog URL | Return to the same record |
| Source reference | Seller item URL or reference if available | Confirm the offer the agent can read |
| Selected option | Size, colour, quantity and included pieces | Avoid comparing different versions |
| Fit note | Your reference measurements and chart method | Keep the fit question specific |
| Price note | Currency, range or selected amount, check date | Separate an estimate from a current option |
| Open question | One missing detail and the next action | Know what must be resolved |
Give every row a useful next action
Use simple statuses such as researching, waiting for a measurement, ready for agent checks or rejected. A status describes your work; it does not certify product quality or confirm an order.
If a boot needs a chart check, record that question rather than marking the whole product as good. If a listing cannot be opened, keep its reference and troubleshoot the failing stage. Remove it from the active shortlist only when you have made that decision.
Keep the item amount separate from the parcel budget
An item-price column is useful for sorting candidates. It does not include the eventual parcel cost. Keep confirmed service and delivery quotes in a separate budget record, with the currency and included charges stated.
Do not fill an unknown charge with zero just to complete the row. If you allocate a shared parcel charge across several items, write down the method and count that charge once in the total.
Recheck the record when research becomes an order
Before ordering, reopen the live listing and compare the exact option with your saved row. Update the price-check date and record any changed measurements, source information or included pieces. An old row is a research history, not a reservation.
Keep private order numbers, addresses and payment information out of public spreadsheet links or community comments. Once an order exists, use the buying service for account support and its current warehouse process.
Find and compare the right listing
Choose a search scope, compare similar records and keep an exact shortlist before your first order.
