Compare Two Kakobuy Spreadsheet Listings Beyond the Photo
Two rows with the same photograph can describe different offers. Before choosing the cheaper one, compare what each record actually identifies and what you would receive.
Match the source reference, seller, selected option and included quantity before comparing prices. A shared photo or product name does not establish that two listings are identical.
What you will learn
- Compare the same option and quantity.
- Separate product identity from matching photographs.
- Keep unanswered questions visible in your shortlist.
Start with identity rather than a familiar thumbnail
Open each exact product record in a separate tab. Save both references and the source information available there. The catalog URL identifies a catalog record; a seller item reference identifies the source offer. Keep those fields separate.
Matching names can occur across colours, sellers and different source records. A reused photograph cannot establish the same materials, sizing or included pieces. If the source information is missing, leave the comparison unresolved rather than assigning both records to the same product.
Compare one selected option on each side
A listing may contain a single garment and a matching set, or several colours with different prices. Compare the option you want on both pages. Record whether the displayed amount is a starting price, a range or the selected-option amount.
The following is a comparison worksheet, not a claim about any two catalog products. Unknown information is a question to resolve before ordering.
| Field | Record A | Record B |
|---|---|---|
| Catalog and source references | Save both references | Save both references |
| Selected size and colour | Exact option text | Exact option text |
| Included pieces and quantity | One top, pair or set? | One top, pair or set? |
| Measurement method | Flat width or circumference? | Use the same method |
| Price context | Range or selected amount? | Use the same currency |
| Missing information | Keep the question open | Keep the question open |
Use measurements and photographs for different questions
For clothing, compare measurements with an item you wear. For footwear, compare the seller chart for the specific option. One seller image cannot settle those fit questions.
If public QC photographs are available, check which option and order they show. Do not treat another order as a test of both listings. Your own warehouse photos become useful after the service receives your selected item.
Choose the offer you can verify
A cheaper offer with unknown quantity or unclear sizing is not yet a useful saving. Ask for the missing information through the service handling the purchase, then compare the complete known costs.
Keep both original references in your notes even if you reject one. If the preferred listing changes later, reassess the alternative as its own offer. Do not silently substitute another source, colour or set because the image looks familiar.
