Five Checks Before Your First Kakobuy Order
A spreadsheet helps you discover a product. Turning that discovery into an order means checking the same listing, the selected option and the service that will handle the purchase.
Before a first order, confirm the exact listing, supported buying route, measurements, complete costs and warehouse checks. Keep those records through parcel submission.
What you will learn
- An item discovery link is not an order confirmation.
- Resolve missing option or sizing details before payment.
- Prepare the warehouse checks before the item arrives.
1. Keep the exact product reference
Open the product from its image or name, then compare the title, photos and selected options. Save a reference to the same listing so you can return to it without searching again.
A similar-looking item can have different sizing, materials or included pieces. Check whether the displayed price applies to one garment, one accessory or a complete set.
2. Confirm the buying route
Check the current source information on the product page and confirm that the buying service accepts the exact listing. A catalog record does not establish that every agent can buy it.
Before paying, review the seller, colour, size, quantity and domestic delivery charge in the service handling your order. Use that service’s current support process for order questions.
3. Compare measurements before choosing a size
Use an item you already wear as a measurement reference. Compare chest width and length for tops, waist and inseam for trousers, and foot length with the relevant footwear chart.
Ask whether a chart describes a body measurement, a garment circumference or a flat measurement. Choosing your usual letter size without checking the chart leaves an important question unanswered.
4. Separate the price from the delivered cost
The spreadsheet’s USD estimate is an item-price reference. Add the actual quoted domestic delivery, buying-service or payment charges, international delivery and other confirmed costs to compare the complete budget.
Use the same currency and count each charge once. If a charge is still unknown, keep it marked as missing rather than treating an empty field as a confirmed zero.
5. Plan the checks you need at the warehouse
Decide which views and measurements would change your decision before asking for inspection. Compare the received item and labels with your order, then resolve important differences before approving international delivery.
Request packed weight and dimensions when planning shipping. Check the current route terms for your destination and parcel contents instead of relying on a fixed delivery promise from a product list.
Turn each check into a next action
A checklist works best when each line ends with something you can verify.
| Checkpoint | Record to keep | If it is missing |
|---|---|---|
| Exact item | Product and source references | Resolve the listing before purchase |
| Selected option | Size, colour, quantity and included pieces | Ask a specific option question |
| Fit comparison | Matching chart and reference measurements | Request the method and dimensions |
| Complete budget | Current quote and included charges | Keep unconfirmed costs marked unknown |
| Warehouse decision | Your order photos and relevant replies | Request evidence before approving the next stage |
